The staff was really nice, helpful and polite, he helped us with the luggage and made us feel comfortable while we waited for check in. And the room was clean and comfortable.

The location was the primary reason I chose this hotel. Right next to the subway station and a major mall in the heart of mongkok. I couldn't ask for more.

We enjoyed the stay in Le Prabelle hotel. The rooms are not so big, but that was totally enough for our 3 nights stay . We booked this hotel again on the way back :) The staff at reception and on the lobby downstairs is so friendly and always ready to help! Thank you ! The location is just perfect. The bus from the airport goes directly to the hotel. The metro station is very close, just a few steps. And the view , it is just amazing at night.

Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

The house is so clean, bed and pillow is comfortable and enough for all my family. The size of the house is small which sure cannot compare with house in Singapore but good enough for travelling family. Location is best for shopping around and near railway stations.I am sure will stay there again next time I travel to HK. Owner is so nice and easily contactable if you need something from her.
