Sea View from balcony is amazing. We also had dinner in the restaurant under the apartment. Need a few mins walk to the car park but not an issue. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient where you can find restaurants, bakery and convenience store. The location is a bit far away from the old town but it’s okay as we drive our own.

Very good location to travel by car. We used paid roads and visited 6 towns - Zadar, Skradin(Krka park - must see place), Szybenik, Trogir(10/10), Omis and Split. Very good beach - not so many people and a lot of places with shadows. Special beach boots required :) Very friendly owners 😘🥰🤗

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was nice. The bed was super cozy. The location was perfect, with several restaurants and bars nearby. The hostess is probably one of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in Croatia. The patience this woman had with me was truly remarkable. Barbara, you're the best, I wish you and your family all the happiness in the world. I highly recommend this place!

The hosts were very friendly and very helpful with their advice. Location was close to a few restaurants around the area. You could get an uber to split cente for 12 euro and would take 10 15.mins

Family owned and very friendly. Excellent service and you can even call for assistance using WhatsApp, great idea!Very modern and well equipped building and rooms. Very clean too. Free parking on site. Fantastic views of the bay from the balcony and right by the beach. Enormous and luxurious shower too! Very close to a multitude of restaurants and several supermarkets and convenience stores. I would definitely recommend Rooms Zvonimir!
