We were welcomed with pretty decos in the room. How very thoughtful of them. And the staffs are so friendly, super duper helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. Thanks to Iwan, Dita and theres one lady i dint get to ask her name (she even came us to personally bid goodbye when we were about to grab a cab to the airport). They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.

Absolutely everything. The staff were amazingly helpful, facilities spotless. Rooms were massive and they accommodated special requests without hesitation. Pool was lovely and clean. The owner, Felicia, was awesome. She was so quick with answering any questions and also let us check out late, as we had a late flight. I stayed with my parents, and the place is amazing. It is very clean and has all the amenities. There are ACs in each room, which is a big plus. My parents just loved the place and they were happy with their stay. Totally recommend this place and I will be back for my next visit to Jakarta.

The room is very clean, comfortable and the hotel is located near 3 shopping malls which made it easy to access our needs. The parking area is quite large and convenient for cars and motorcycle. The staff is very friendly and helpful through the process of check in and check out. Also tried the coffee at the lobby and it was super, they provide many coffees and matcha, i recommend you to try kopi si bob and dirty matcha.
