I have stayed at Menara many times now and the one thing that stands out is the wonderful staff. From the front desk/reception, to concierge, security, to cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc.. I must say that it is so satisfying to know that each time I stay the staff are truly fantastic and pleasant. My Bahasa Indonesian is not so good but the staff all seem to speak English quite well, even the new girl (i forget her name) that cooked my eggs for breakfast a couple of days. She was so pleasant and always smiling. I manage a hotel in Australia and one of the most important things for me is that my staff are always smiling and pleasant to customers. Menara Peninsula 5 Stars service. Please pass this on to all staff. Terimah-kasih🙏

We were welcomed with pretty decos in the room. How very thoughtful of them. And the staffs are so friendly, super duper helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. Thanks to Iwan, Dita and theres one lady i dint get to ask her name (she even came us to personally bid goodbye when we were about to grab a cab to the airport). They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.

We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s bold and original design immediately caught our attention — it’s full of character, with stunning paintings, graphics, and intricate details everywhere. Some might find the ambiance a bit dark, but we absolutely loved the atmospheric and artistic feel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and plush pillows that you just sink into — though we personally prefer firmer ones, it was still great! The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and there’s a pleasant, subtle aroma throughout the space. We enjoyed exploring the hotel’s facilities, starting with a visit to the rooftop bar upon arrival. But what truly stood out for us was the well-equipped gym and the spacious library. The breakfast was exceptional. The buffet had a fantastic selection of dishes, from dim sum to sushi, and there was also an à la carte menu with additional options. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff — from the friendly porter who greeted us at the entrance to the reception and restaurant teams, everyone was professional and welcoming. If we find ourselves in Jakarta again, we will definitely stay here again!
