Loved the pool (it's better than the beach, because the beaches in Nusa Dua are not that fun/safe, they are way better in GIli Islands and Nusa Penida). Hotel has a great locational, cheap and good food in a shop oppose to the hotel, the beach is 10-15 mins of walk away with a bit of sightseeing in town, so the whole experience was nice and comfortable

The staff's overall vibe contributed significantly to making our visit not just comfortable but truly memorable.

Our 4 rooms with pool access were next to each other as requested. Rooms were nice and cold when we checked in. Staff are very friendly and lovely. The rooms are very clean too. Free shuttle is provided to the private beach and Bali Collection. Overall, exceed our expectations - 8 adults + 1 child. Even my kid says that's this is his favourite resort! Thanks

Free transfer to beach, and from beach, free sunbeds, swimming pool on hotel territory. Yes in the morning because windows on pool side it's noisy children.
