The hotel is situated close to the Plaza and many restaurants, this was a Honeymoon stay and the Hotel had very personal welcoming notes and set the room up beautifully to welcome Honeymooners. The staff is very helpful to arrange a driver for us to Ijen Volcano, they even prepare take away breakfast for us as we will miss the breakfast buffet because of our trip to Ijen. For the hotel, the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices.

We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.
