We arrived as scheduled from Malang to Gubaeng Train Station then to Four Points. Checking in was easy and fast. The hotel located jointed to Surabaya biggest Shopping Mall. The room was excellently comfortable and spacious. The breakfast restaurant located at level M3, easily accessible and the food was fantastic. We met with Chef Hidayat, he was very professional and polite. Serving us and checking on us to ensure we had a great time even during breakfast. We also get a glimpse and the hospitality serve by restaurant Captain, Ms Diah. She was very nice and making sure all our needs are attended to and making sure that we're comfortable with the food, setting and ambiance. Great job to the hotel restaurant staffs.

Friendly staff and super delicious breakfast with a range of food. Again, the food is so good. The room is good too, small but comfortable for two people. The bed and bathroom are good too. Aircon a bit noisy but the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza and we love it so much. I will comeback again whenever visit Surabaya as the location also close to train station as well. The Cafe/restaurant is so instagramable 🤗
