Given upgraded room even with very competitive rate. Very happy and satisfied with stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location ideal next to gubeng, however for walking access from station to hotel need to use Google maps to find crossing over rail line, as there seems to be no direct pedestrian exit from station to the western side.

The hotel is situated close to the Plaza and many restaurants, this was a Honeymoon stay and the Hotel had very personal welcoming notes and set the room up beautifully to welcome Honeymooners. The history of this hotel is a wonderful experience to explore and the furnishings are amazing. All staff went over and above to accommodate any of our needs it was a fantastic stay.

The staff is very helpful to arrange a driver for us to Ijen Volcano, they even prepare take away breakfast for us as we will miss the breakfast buffet because of our trip to Ijen. For the hotel, the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices.

We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.

The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Clean, huge size of apartment, quiet and strong air-conditioning. great place to sleep after long trip. food court at the lobby with different options of food. Also a mini market. Really friendly people working there. security helping with parking and people who work at reception, everyone was very friendly. thank you 👍
