The guesthouse is in a lovely neighbourhood. I loved the way every little detail had been thought of such as complimentary shampoo, soap, toothbrush etc - even scissors to cut open the shampoo sachets. Copy of Lonely Planet Indonesia and details of local places to visit in the room. I was so impressed with the guest house that I wanted to extend my stay. Unfortunately the rooms were already booked. The host, Rolly, personally took me to several other guesthouses to find a suitable place for me to stay and told me to contact him if I needed anything. I highly recommend NoMore Gallery and Guesthouse.

The kitchen staff were instructed to prepare a breakfast specifically for me - this act of kindness, generosity and attention, I will never forget. I was able to enjoy a truly Yogi/Javanese/Indonesian taste. I am very grateful. Another thing for which I am grateful, is the fruit basket that was hand selected and decorated specially for me. One more thing for which I am grateful, is the exceptional collection of books on Indonesian art/architecture/culture in the library that the hotel management has made available for peruse.

The hostel itself is really like a hidden gem in the sultan’s palace area. The friendly people who worked there, as well as very nice travelers I met, the hearty breakfasts, all made the stay memorable. I have already recommend the place to my friends.

The best hostel I've ever been to. Quiet location with pretty, green streets, yet still central. New, modern, clean, shared kitchen, plenty of common areas and opportunities to relax. Everything a backpacker could wish for. Thank you for the great stay!

We booked a family room, that included two bunk beds. Four beds in total, but a couple could fit in one bed. It was such good value. We had a large balcony, a bathroom outside the room that included a shower and a water filter available. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable, we received fruit shakes and fruit on arrival which was amazing :)
