A nice hotel by the sea"
This was our first visit at this luxury hotel.
When we came we got help with free upgrade, after a misunderstanding with the room that we had booked on Booking. We got upgraded from "Standard room" to "Executive suit"
The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.
All the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a lot of food options. So was dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
And we got good help with our food allergies every time we had a meal at the hotel.
It`s a perfect location if you want to be near the Marine Drive. And it`s also nearby Gateway of India and Colaba street.

Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet selection is very good. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

This is a truly great property. The rooms are large, the bathroom is fully functional and the staff are outstanding. Rooms were made up each day with clean linen and towels, the view of the oceanfront was picturesque and the rooms were very comfortable.
We asked assistance from the staff is a variety of areas. Each time they responded quickly with good advice/information and exceeded our expectations.
This was a real find and qualifies as the best hotel in 4 weeks and 8 hotels.
