First of all is fantastic location, few minutes walk from Academia bridge. Second of all, brilliant and easy communication with host, seamless check in. And the main part is apartment itself - spacious, beautiful and well equipped for a few days stay. We slept fantastically, view from the window is amazing, best experience that we had in Venice for a long time.

Excellent location, quiet and cozy – just what we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful details: tea, coffee, muffins, and water left on the table by the shared balcony made us feel very welcome. One of the best parts was walking into the cool, fresh air after arriving from the +35°C heat outside – the AC was already on, which was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm and well-prepared stay

Beautiful hidden away spot. The interiors are traditional and beautiful, while old are well kept clean and comfortable. There's air conditioning. There's no elevator but staff member Nick helped us up with all of our luggage. He was very kind and helpful. Good restaurant recommendations too. There were limited breakfast options in the area so we found it goood to have breakfast at Ca Della Corte. There has a cute little veranda to eat out on.
