In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. I had to make a change to my original booking, and they kindly accommodated it without any extra charge—something I truly appreciated. The manager, Osama, is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The receptionist, Homam, was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with anything I needed during my stay. His local knowledge and hospitality made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh options and a cozy setting. And the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—you can see the entire Old City center, which makes for a magical start and end to each day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city with stunning views and outstanding service, I highly recommend Beirut Hotel 2 New.
