Exceeded expectations as I wasn’t expecting such an elaborate hotel, best part was the parking. Hotel staff spoke good English Room was like photos and sort of what we expected, bed was very hard pillow was even harder, we got food close by which was nice and we just had 1 night with a car before we dropped back at the rental place and headed off.

While traveling by car, hotel Piatt was the perfect stay where to spend a night without worrying about finding a place where to park. However, once there we really enjoyed our stay in the room. Very clean and comfortable it was a memorable short stay. The receptionists were kind and helpful, and the whole experience was very, very pleasant.

The staff was one of the kindest we encoutered during our trip in Japan. Also, the bed was so confortable, it is by far the best night we had in Japan (and we did some nice ryokan and 4 stars hotel). Location is greaf, cafe and loung place super nice as well. I dont see how I couldn't give 10 :)

The room was small but very well organized so it felt very functional and comfortable. The kitchenette was very handy and easy to use. The shower room was wonderful. And the front desk staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations. My sons especially appreciated the double (width) bunk beds!
