Very nice and warm welcome! Able to book for their shuttle from Sendai Station through booking.com chat. Easy communication! Room was extremely spacious and nice! The indoor and outdoor onsen is also nice! Food was good as well. The souvenir shop had quite variety of items to buy too!

The location was a bit far (5.5 km) from the station area. However, I liked taking the local line from Sendai to Taisheido and walking from the Taisheido station to the guesthouse as I could explore more of the city.
