Spacious apartments (we used two of them), with a terrace, living area featuring a very large TV set, two large beds at the end of the large common space, very practical and spacious bathroom and toilet next to this sleeping area (featuring washing machine!), and an amazingly well equipped and functional kitchen on the opposite side with adjoining dining area. Two strong air-conditioning systems that heated the room very well (we stayed during Christmas holidays). Additionally, we had another tiny separate room with two standard single beds a little bit too narrowly close to one another, but realistically - my research on hotels in Tokyo was giving us choices of 15-17m2 rooms where you couldn’t open a suitcase on the floor, so all taken into account - well done!). Everything so clean and well thought out, quality materials (wooden floors; nicely made sliding doors to the toilet; a separate door within the toilet leading into a quite spacious bathroom, with a quality, no-slip rubber floor for shower area which is the major space within, and a bathtub as a bonus). Very smart, modern, simple, practical and aesthetically pleasing design of the space (and we are quite a demanding bunch that have seen quite a few premium hotels around the world). The front staff super forthcoming and helpful - from pre-checking, checking and orientation (thanks Mizuki!), through calling lost-and-found across Tokyo subway (and finding our backpack - thank you Nana!!!), to helping us extend our stay and move to the closest possible room (thank you Erika and Hayato!)

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The employees were warm, welcoming and professional. The location is right next to Shiomi station, usually it took me less than 35 minutes to reach the main areas etc. There is a convenience store below the hotel and a grocery store about 5 minutes away walking. The hotel is trendy, modern and has a wonderful splash of artistry. The rooms were really nice and exceptionally clean, it was clear that attention to detail runs throughout this hotel. The bed was really comfy, the shower and bath were great and I really liked the lightening scheme in the room, especially the ring light outside of the shower area. The rooms were completely soundproof too, as I could not hear any other guests conversations etc. There is also a coffee machine and they use the Tokyo Nespresso pods, which I thought was a lovely touch. The onsen is well maintained and modern, very relaxing. Overall I had a wonderful stay and I will certainly recommend this to any of my pals travelling to Tokyo and I will be sure to stay here again, thanks a million 😊

We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.

We had such a great time staying at "Sougyo no Yado South Wing." The room was spacious and clean, with simple yet warm decor that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. The location was incredibly quiet, and the surroundings were beautiful—a perfect place to unwind. The area is really peaceful, with lovely scenery, and there’s no noise from the city. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, making it super convenient—especially for those who want to cook or stay long-term. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep every night. The host was very kind and sent us detailed information before our arrival, so we had no worries about checking in, which felt very thoughtful. Plus, the view outside the room was lovely, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The host was friendly and provided lots of helpful information. Whether for a short or long stay, it’s perfect. We’ll definitely choose "Sougyo no Yado South Wing" again next time!
