A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.

V Close to Kyodo sta 12 min to Shinjuku has a terrace and is situated in Tokyo, within just 400 metres of Setagaya Nodai Shopping Street and 1.2 km of Josen-ji Temple Setagaya Betsuin.

The decor was very cool and the roof top was spacious and had a great view of the city at night. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering help. The host was very easy going, kind and accomodating to our large group, regularly made us snacks and offered us sake whilst still respecting our privacy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. As for the location, it was a short walk from Sangenjaya where we spent most of our nights eating and bar hopping (open very late). Very cool area, we loved exploring the lively narrow streets.

Great location. Easy to get anywhere via the rail services with two lines available at the local station. Very quiet. A lovely neighbourhood a few minutes walk from the local restaurants and neon lit area and seconds away from some tiny bars, restaurants, vintage shops and cafes. Not a huge space, but typical of Japan, so fine. Lots of facilities available within the property. We didn’t have need for anything, everything was here.
