The staff (the maid and especially Gianni) was very kind and helpful and made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very cozy and clean, very comfortable bed and beautifully furnished. The whole hotel feels more like a home and it's beautifully decorated everywhere.

The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The location was very central, right opposite the train station. The staff was polite and helpful.
