Breakfast is good, the room is clean, and the pool also stunning view. They are very nice to communicate with guests. They hired a taxi early morning at 5:30 AM, for both of us. My friend checked out early morning, and I checked out at 12 pm. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Macau.

The view from our room was outstanding (pool view and Eiffel Tower imitation). In addition, there's a buffet restaurant and 24 hour casimo restaurant (which is affordable and the food is great) few minutes away from the hotel rooms.

I like the quietness of the hotel. Staff are always so helpful. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty food. I love my room overlooking the sea. The spaciousness of the lobby and seats are so good and relaxing while waiting for friends or while waiting for taxi.

Grand, clean, good selection of retail outlets. Most importantly the staff shows their dedication and commitment to service excellence. Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic - he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations.
