Everything. It was exactly like in the pictures. It was in a nice and quiet area but still within walking distance to restaurants, bus stops and Mount Eden.
It was great to start the day with a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, toast and just the perfect cappuccino and not having to go out for it. Tipps were to go and how to get there. Heather and Roy really make you feel welcome. It’s home away from home and for us it was the perfect start for traveling New Zealand.

Everything was beautiful and everything was onboard for cooking if we were staying longer we would have cooked instead of buying takeaways, allowing my lil fur baby there was also a bonus as I always like going to pet friendly bnbs or motels away from home. The host was lovely 10 plus stars from me 😁

Location is central and right next to Mount Eden. The room is spacious. Kitchen space is clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need. The toilets were clean and they also provided washing machines and dryers. Check-in and check-out experience was seamless.
