The warm welcome, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. We had an early flight out of Lima and they suggested if they could provide a take away breakfast for us, we didn’t even have to ask. The beds were good and the room was clean.

The staff are extremely helpful. I lost my debit card and they checked security cameras from the front of the hotel to see if I had dropped it there. They gave advice on local restaurants for lunch and organised taxis for us. We were made to feel very welcome. The free welcome drink an added bonus!
