The location was superb. The shoreline was just in front of my balcony where I could spend 24/7 just watching the water and all the activities. The place was so quiet and everyone in my family member got the rest they deserve. Staff were all service oriented especially those in the reception desk. The security guard did their job well to make their resident safely back to their room when one resident had consumed too much alcohol. Kudos to the security guard!!!

The room was very clean, very comfortable, spacious & had nice views. The staff were very attentive & accommodating. The estavlishment is very well run. An absolutely lovely stay! The location is good, with a 3-4 min alley walk to the beach, the area is quiet but with easy access to the beach and to the pool at the next door resort.

We had an incredible stay at this villa! The pool perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa itself was cozy, stylish, and fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the sea, as well as nearby restaurants and D’malls. It was so convenient to explore and enjoy local dining and shopping. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything!

Fantastic villa!!! My second time here and I can admit that it’s the best place for me in Boracay island. Villa has plenty of space, nice decor, nice terrace, wonderful bath tube, it is calm in a small jungle. And the staff - very friendly, very helpful and very polite :)

- Quiet room, probably number 1. I asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation. No chickens after 4am or dogs barking all night. I slept very well. - Own router in my room. I had my own WiFi with no problems and it worked perfectly. Adjoining room, probably number 3, also had its own WiFi. I don't know about the other rooms. - Very comfortable bed - Quiet air conditioning with remote control Unfortunately, the bed was too far away for this remote control. - Friendly - Check in in two minutes - Helpful: They arranged my transportation from the hotel to Boracay Airport (recommended: pick up at the hotel at 5am, walk to the street, car, boat, car). - Fridge in my room - Ordering food is possible On arrival I had selected several delicious dishes from a menu, which were brought to my room (20-30 min). Reason: I was very tired from the long bus ride. - Beautiful Green Garden (Greenyard Inn) - Small breakfast is included in the price. You can choose from several meals. They brought it to my own quiet patio. - VERY IMPORTANT: After a few minutes you will receive an email with the best way to get to Greenyard Inn. You should read this carefully!!! They write: "****please note to tell Greenyard Inn STATION 3 to the tricycle driver as he might bring you to Greenyard Kitesurfing at Bolabog beach." First, the taxi driver drove me to another Greenyard Hotel. You need to tell the taxi driver STATION 3 and NOT JUST another gentleman at the taxi rank who will speak to you.

The garden outside the rooms were nice. well maintained and clean. the rooms also is clean and love that they have netflix. it is located 4 mins walk away from the beach so the place is very quiet and you can relax at night. the staff is also kind and very accomodating.

First of all the housekeeper, she’s a very friendly person and always down for a talk. Me and my girlfriend even did activities with her. She’d be at our door in the morning offering to cook for us and she’s a great cook too. Overall I think it’s the best place to stay for low cost overnight stays. We’d definitely go back.
