Our experience at Park Lane Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and professional staff. Kashif Butt, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nasim stayed in touch with me all the way from Australia, ensuring a seamless transportation experience—from my airport pickup to every moment in Lahore. His support was invaluable, and I am deeply grateful to him. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, while the hi-tea exceeded expectations with its outstanding quality. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Lahore, Park Lane Hotel will be my choice of stay.

The location of hotel, room size and cleanliness was exceptional. Running hot water and very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel staff particularly ( Mr. Inam, Mr. Rashid, Mr. Zohaib and Mr. Naeem (F&B) go beyond their call of duty to facilitate guests Overall it is highly recommended for families and solo travellers who want a peaceful stay in a nice environment. super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice powerful shower and great breakfast. my son has dust allergies andonce the housekeeping staff was made aware of this they vaccuumed carpets, sofas and curtains to make sure he was fine. We felt right at home.

Ambience was extra ordinary. Professional and experienced staff. Came for the first time. Would recommended for sure. Luxurious rooms. They've got all what a five star should. Food is also a must try. To be honest you really don't find such an amazing, hygienic and delicious food. Bar b q literally tantalize your taste buds to next level.Front desk staff is amazingly hospitable and go to beyond extreme to accomodate all needs. So over all recommended and a must try hospitality experience in murree.
