Great quiet location, surprisingly spacious apartment with modern amenities. 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, 10 minutes from the tram stop. The apartment was equipped with a nice kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. WiFi was good. There was a possibility to watch TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Sleeping on the sofa bed was also without problems. Our stay met our expectations, we enjoyed it to the fullest. We look forward to another visit next year.

The apartment is located a bit far from the historical part of the city though it takes maximum 20 min to get there by tram (or 30 min walking if you prefer). For quicker travelling you may need an uber ride. It is a very modern and convenient building in a quiet street. The flat is on the ground floor easy to reach. We did not have any noisy or smoking neighbors around - amazing! The flat is warm in the winter and there is an opportunity to regulate the temperature if necessary. It is a small space but with everything needed for a short stay: wonderful bathroom (clean and fresh), convenient sofa turning into a bed for night and a kitchen (you can cook smth simple or warm already prepared food). All the instructions provided by the host were clear and comprehensive, we did not have any trouble with getting into the apartment. What was also very kind from the owners: they have send a message early in the morning that the flat has been prepared for check-in, which is very hospitable and caring. I highly recommend this place for single or couple travelling if you prefer quiet and cozy atmosphere.
