Impeccable service, the staff is super helpful & warm. The hotel is a pure beauty from the inside to the outside. Although rooms are not big, they are very well furnished - and with taste ! - and have room for big luggages. We didn't have the occasion to try the restaurant but it's on our to-do for the next trip to Singapore!

The place is very well located, near MRT stations and bus stops. Since it is in Little India, you may find many options to try Indian cuisine, although you may find other options as well. The room is clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff is always keen to provide any assistance.

The staff are so helpful. I had 30 kg of luggage which I couldn't take to the 1st floor. The assigned staff took it through the stairs. Love it. Since it was a dorm room, one may think that the rooms would be noisy. But the beauty is, no one created any mess or noise. Even if a couple can stay without any hesitation.

I think this is the best budget hotel you can get in Singapore! The location is awesome! Walking distance to everything. The staff are very courteous & friendly. They even allowed us to checkout slightly late because our flight was later in the evening! They really went above & beyond to assist us! And this Hotel is super clean.

Hatta on reception was super helpful,being a foreigner requires much incidental info of where to go and what to do When I searched and sussed the rates werent as high as comparable choices...and considering I was really only reading good reviews ...I thought it somehow wouldnt stackup. But it did ! All the hospitality boxes are ticked .....there are no let downs. For my week ...rain highlighted how super close and handy is the MRT & various bus...AND so manÿ eating places. Little India is without queston the most interestiing sector

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and complimentary water and coffee were provided. The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the metro. I highly recommend it.
