Amazing and kind staffs. Room temperature couldn't be set to a warmer one, it was relatively cold even with AC off, however staffs were so kind and offered extra blankets as needed.

Close to transport. Clean motel especially the rooms. Good toiletries and amenities. Very good breakfast each day with plenty of choices. Great restaurants and great room service.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!
