I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clan hotel and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Jonathan at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering stunning views of Singapore. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub, a rain shower, and luxurious toiletries! I totally recommend this hotel- didnt want to leave from there!!

Service is exceptional! It didn't take too long to check-in and since we arrived in Singapore quite early in the day, staff was kind to keep our luggage and provided comp. bottled water (thank you for this!), while we walked around until our room was available. The room was spacious (especially the bathroom), modern furnishing, and the whole hotel had an understated elegance. We were also able to have dinner at Jiang Nan Chun to celebrate a special occasion and the duck (and lobster in poached rice) was delicious. You still have a sense of home when you stay here (we were only visiting for a few days, but well spent!) -- also there's a pillow menu for guests who want to request for specific type of pillow. Also, when our TV didn't want to start (the cable hanged or froze), repairmen were assigned asap! Thank you so much, we hope to visit again soon!

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

FAQs about hotels in Singapore

Asia in a Compact Package

Clean, compact and compelling, Singapore seamlessly combines the best of Asia. Different cultures and cuisines live side by side, whilst maintaining their own identity.

Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is great value dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. Wander past the pastel-painted facades of Malay-dominated Geylang Seari for a taste of days gone by, then stop off at the Colonial-style Raffles Hotel, birthplace of the Singapore Sling cocktail.

For a retreat from the hustle and bustle, take the cable car to the sandy beaches of Sentosa, an island just south of the city centre. Also here is Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park brimming with the magic of the movies.

As you’d expect from the host of the world’s only Formula 1 night race, once night falls, Singapore is still very much alive. Its Night Safari is a zoo offering the rare chance to see nocturnal animals going about their business.

Although small enough to see on foot, Singapore has an efficient public transport system which extends as far as Singapore Changi Airport. With a choice of Singapore accommodation ranging from budget hostels to luxury hotels, Booking.com is bound to have the right choice for your holiday.

We loved our 7 nights in Singapore.

We loved our 7 nights in Singapore. It was so easy to get around on the public transport. I downloaded the MyTransport.SG on my phone before I left Australia and it was so helpful and easy to use. It gave us very clear directions on how to get to all the tourist destinations quickly and cheaply. We bought EZ cards on our first day to avoid foreign transaction fees on the public transport. On our first day we went on a guided push bike ride around the central tourist area which was helpful to get our bearings and to understand the cultural, political and social situation in Singapore. Most people could speak English and signage was in English so there were no problems with poor communication.

There are a lot of attractions for children.

There are a lot of attractions for children. There are options to visit for shopping, Orchard Road for luxury shops and the outlet malls for budget-friendly shopping. We had fun at Universal Studios, Singapore Flyer and the lightshow at Gardens by the Bay. We hope we had more time to explore other attractions at Sentosa island.

    Big city full of everything.

Big city full of everything. If you are traveling alone or with kids, you will find something for your needs. The city gets very hot during summer, so be prepared. A pro tip: Sentosa is not so good, although it is nice with beaches and all, it is very touristic, but the harbor is far from a nice blue paradise, it is full of oil ships, containers, and the view features an ugly oil processing site :(

QT Singapore is the perfect spot for a stay. It has the charm of a boutique hotel, the quality of a private members' club but the excellence of a 5 star hotel. The rooms are so well thought out from the interior to all the items stocked within the room. A cocktail shaker is on another level of personalisation. I've stayed in so many hotels in Singapore and only the best impress me i.e. Raffles, Capella, Swiss etc and this is definitely the new hotel to add that that list.

No breakfast included but a mini kitchen allowing customers to prepare their own food. The location is perfect to start discovering the city. All equipements are included in a small space (like most hotels in Singapore), including an iron. Everything very clean but no cleaning service is included unless the stay is longer than one week
