Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

The room was very nice and new furnishings including the bathroom which has a tub. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel is connected to the mall which was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay: from the warm welcome and 5-star customer service, to the room design and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very refreshing after a flight and/or a walk in the neighbourhood. The hotel is conveniently located in Katong neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect!
