Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.

Highly recommended – warm-hearted hosts and a fantastic stay! We had a truly wonderful time at this accommodation! The hosts were exceptionally kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with any questions and created a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable – exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. The location was also perfect: central enough to reach all major attractions quickly, yet quiet thanks to its position in a side street. A special highlight was the extra effort the hosts made when we needed help finding additional accommodation during the busy Lantern Festival. They ensured we had a great solution, even when everything seemed fully booked. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place has absolutely exceeded our expectations. The owner is friendly, helpful and pays attention to every detail. We even got some bananas when we arrived which was very thoughtful from the owner. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, we had a cute little balcony and Netflix was also available in our room. It is a bit far from the city centre but it is situated in a nice and safe neighbourhood with plenty of cute cafes and excellent restaurants close by. 7/11 is also right around the corner. I would 100% recommend staying here for both short- and long-term. We stayed in multiple hotels in Thailand but this was our favourite during our trip.
