I was staying for 11 days in this hotel by myself. I have chosen this place based on the positive reviews and I definitely didn’t make a mistake. It was all exceptionally good in any way. Beautiful small room, perfectly clean room and other facilities in daily routine, great breakfast with a lot of sweet and salty varieties. I enjoyed every morning having an amazing breakfast on the terrace. A great position of the hotel. Surrounded with tram or metro connections to every area of Istanbul. And such a nice, polite and friendly staff!!! From the youngest to the oldest member! Ready to be there for you in any moment! I did a rhinoplasty operation in Istanbul while staying in this hotel. All the staff members were so helpful and nice to me. Bringing ice during all day and night when I needed or changing the room temperature when demanding. 😁 They really treated me perfectly well and I really felt safe and good while recovering, actually all the time. I am very thankful to all of you there, especially to Sun and Rose! Actually to all of you. 🩷 Sorry for not mentioning other names, I am bad with names. Thank you again for your hospitality!

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the stuff is extremely cute and helpful. The Internet was fast, for me it was really important, since I work online. And they’ve even got Netflix. We planned to stay in this hotel for three days and move to another one in another part of the city, but ended up staying in this hotel for a week, as we liked it really a lot.

The hospitality of the people at this hotel was excellent. Initially we had booked a family room on the ground floor but they upgraded us to a Sea view room on the third floor free of charge. They were very considerate and gave us a free bottle of water at reception when we left each morning. (Even though they also left a new bottle of water in our room every day). They also gave us information on good restaurants in the hotel vicinity and made reservations on our behalf. The hotel was in a very convenient location, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which was great for sightseeing. We will come back here again!

The stuff was extremely nice, the location was amazing, close to everything, the hotel was nice and clean, I requested a cake for my husbands birthday which they gave with candle at the breakfast, even the cleaning lady was fabulous. Loved it there, will definitely go back. Also recommend their airport transport service, very nice guy with a lovely, comfortable car, you can watch movie on your full trip.
