Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. They upgraded me to a room with a private hot spring bath. I enjoyed my hot spring in my room after sightseeing each day. The room was spacious & clean. The location is so good that Beitou Park is just opposite it. The Japanese style toilet bowl was impressive. The breakfast was delicious & had good varieties of both Western & Chinese style even though it's more Chinese orientated!

Excellent service from the owner whom waived our first night off as we were unable to make it to their hot spring resort due to the ongoing Typhoon Kong Rey. This resort has got private Onsen pool to each room and their location is very strategic to all attractions at Beitou.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well located and very good English speaking front desk team. We booked only one night as experience in Beitou hot springs and we finally stayed 3 nights because is possible to go to easily, faster and cheaper to many Taipéi attractions by Uber (Uber in Taipei is amazing good and cheap). The private hot spring is very spacious for two people. The bath room is better than the pictures.
