I had a fantastic experience at Roami at the Palace in Miami. The apartment was spotless and exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness which is something I personally always value highly. Out of curiosity, I wiped a few surfaces with a damp cloth – and it mostly came back perfectly clean. I'm very meticulous about this. The amenities were excellent: a high-quality washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge with freezer. The rooms were all centrally air-conditioned, and the temperature could be adjusted to a comfortably cool level (73°F could be reached easily). Both bedrooms featured walk-in closets. A special thank you goes to Sara, the property manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, even assisting us with local car rental questions and general tips beyond the accommodation itself. Upon request, she also arranged a very reasonably priced extension of our stay for an extra night, which we greatly appreciated. The location is also a big plus: there are plenty of restaurants and a Walgreens just a short walk away. Even Publix and Trader Joe’s are only a few bus stops from the apartment or like a 20-30 mins walk, making grocery shopping super convenient. My personal restaurant tip: Mr. Cachapa in Wynwood! Access to the building, room and parking area is secured via door codes, which are provided in the check-in instructions sent by SMS or email. All in all, a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely consider booking this place again on my next visit to Miami.

The location is excellent. At first, you might be a little worried because it's in a somewhat isolated area and the rooms are directly exposed without any fences or protection, but the place is very quiet and just a few steps from the Design District, where you can walk, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It is also very close to Winwood. The parking lot is in front of the building and we had no problems with security. In the end, we felt very safe. The accommodation offers beach chairs and umbrellas and access to Miami Beach is very easy. For its location and ambience, I would recommend this accommodation, but apparently I had no luck with the apartment I was placed in.
