Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The flat is small but cozy. It suits two people, for more than two will not be enough place. There are enough kitchen utilities.

The house is gorgeous and everything is very clean. The kitchen is the best part and you'll find coffee and water at your disposal. You can also use the kitchen to cook. As stipulated it's a house so there's stairs and no lifts but only 2 floors. The room was also nice, good size and bathroom was clean with big shower. The staff were very welcoming, very nice and helpful. We loved our stay there. The location is in Harlem but close to the subway (5mn walk) and we never felt unsafe. Central Park is 10/15 mn walk.

Clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was very clean on arrival. We were able to settle in immediately and the two couples found it spacious and comfortable. We had some hight temperatures so the air conditioning was a great help. The location is cool because Harlem is such an interesting area. We loved it.

Location is in a silent sideroad with trees and nice birds songs in the morning. There are lots of supermarkets around, also some Jazz bars such as the Shine. I felt totally safe there. Bathroom and Restroom was shared, kitchen could be used by all, the room had a small fridge. I liked the size of the room, it had a nice wooden floor, high ceiling, heated nicely. The house was very clean, the managing lady very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable location in a quiet corner of Harlem, good communication from owners re check in/out. Well equipped too, had all we needed for a week long stay, even a washing machine and dryer
