The staff in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating and Alice went out of her way to help and ensure a good experience. She helped with everything from recommendations, booking restautants, booking transportation to ensuring I had water and even medicine when I was ill. The hotel itself is great but having employees like Alice was what made the place special. Can't recommend it enough!
