. The host was super nice. She let me leave my luggage in her place very early. She is responsive, nice and kind. So does her family. The place is neatly clean on my checkin. The room is newly renovated ) location is strategic, only 5 mins to the old quarters 2 mins to west lake. A lot of restaurant , café nearby. And best of all only 20-25 mins to the airport. Def initely coming back next time

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

Amazing hotel, in a very nice area, everything has been carefully thought, from the welcoming drink and the smile of wonderful Chris, to the breakfast with the view on the lake, the swimming pool, and don’t miss the very nice bar on top with live music ! I had 5 perfect nights that added serenity, a cocoon like atmosphere to my busy working journey. All staff are very nice and helpful. I totally recommend this place and I will definitely come back there next time !

Communication with the host was amazing! She reached out to us via WA before our arrival and also helped organise airport shuttle which really helped as I landed middle of the night. Throughout our stay, she promptly responded to all of our queries / requests, and her support staff were on hand to help us out quickly! Even with language barriers, this proved no problem with a bit of help from the internet and a big smile :D The apartment itself is really spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Hanoi! Just note to others that this is a little outside the main Old Quarter area, but no problem as it's a short walk / Grab ride away :) highly recommend!
