We stayed for 4 days during our trip in Hanoi and it’s a lovely property with highest views from top of Hanoi. Food was great and large variety. 63rd floor bar was very nice and staff is excellent too, specially I want to thank SON LE for his excellent hospitality and customer service and Ms.CHINH bat stewardess working at the 63floor bar for her excellent customer service and the hospitality. Indoor pool is very nice and very clean.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic—very diverse, with a great selection at the buffet, and the option to order eggs or pancakes from the menu was a nice touch. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

. The host was super nice. She let me leave my luggage in her place very early. She is responsive, nice and kind. So does her family. The place is neatly clean on my checkin. The room is newly renovated ) location is strategic, only 5 mins to the old quarters 2 mins to west lake. A lot of restaurant , café nearby. And best of all only 20-25 mins to the airport. Def initely coming back next time

Great apartment with everything we needed—comfortable bed, quiet, and spacious. The island location was peaceful, a nice escape from the busy old town. We loved the cafe and souvenir shop downstairs, and the staff were friendly. Wish we had stayed longer!

I would like to thank Ms. Tam for hosting us in this apartment hotel. She was very cooperative and met all our needs at any time, whether related to the apartment or other special needs such as booking a car or inquiring about matters related to the city. The apartments are very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures on the Booking website. There is no difference. I will come back to stay at these apartments every time I visit Hanoi and I will recommend them to all my colleagues.
