The room had suddenly issues with plumbing before arriving, but I was contacted and offered another similar room at another location, for basically the same price. All was perfect there, the room had all I needed and more, and communication was effortless.

Amazing place, super nice lady. Hot water, comfortable bed and really beautifully decorated house. She let us check in early and never rushed us to check out. So nice we stayed there twice! Incredible, do not hesitate to book. Please be kind to the lovely woman who owns the hotel, she is a real angel.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. All the staff were very polite, they helped us check in and provided plenty of tips for places to eat in Hanoi. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great bathroom. The buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. Great location in the city as it wasn’t too busy in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
