We had a fantastic three-night stay at M Village Hotel in Hanoi! The staff were truly wonderful—attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond our expectations, even reaching out after our stay to send my partner warm birthday wishes, which was such a lovely and personal touch. The hotel itself is new, beautifully designed, and has a quirky, cosy feel that we really loved. The entertainment areas with the pool, foosball, and pool table were fantastic and a great way to unwind. The complimentary laundry room with washers and dryers was a big bonus. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Hanoi! The location is also ideal, just a five-minute ride from the Old Quarter, especially convenient if you're renting a scooter. Overall, we had a truly great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
