Very good location- in a quiet area at the top part of Old Quarter. Bed is really wide- 2x2 meters or so, internet is fast, bathroom fully stocked with items to use. Staff all lovely and accommodating.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. They even brought out a cake for my lovely wife's birthday. We booked a room with an internal window, which was very comfortable, quiet, clean and cool. Also, the hotel location is right in the middle of things and so easy to walk about. The staff arranged our transfers from and to the airport, which went without a hitch.

Love the location, it’s a step away from the lake and 5-15 mins walk to many of the must see, must do, must eat places. Love the family interconnecting room, super spacious and comfy. The staff were most amazing people, very thoughtful, right from our arrival to our departure. From quietly placing a refreshing a drink for me while I took a call in the lounge, to offering to pack fresh fruits for our jeep tour, they were all super lovely. Thank you!

The location is nearby all amazing cafes and spots in the Old Quarter Hanoi. this is by far the most convenient hostel I have ever stayed. the bed is comfy and the toilet is located inside the room, unlike most hostels where you have to share the bathroom with many other guests. here I only share the toilet with 2 other girls from Germany. the room is also spacious enough and have ample space for me to pray as a Muslim.
