Everything at the place was nice, but atmost was the kindness of host. Thui made all our wishes came true. The location is great, proximity of see, the resaurants, bars, old town. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the pool in the evenings.

The common area with the pool is amazing. its super quite and never busy so you fan really enjoy yourself. Also they serve snacks if youre hungry, drinks are avaliable and also free towels for pool/beach. Free bikes are also avaliable. the stuff is super friendly and helpful. in our first night they recommended a taylor in the old town, which came pick us up in the hotel and drove to the tayler. we did few clothes with this taylor, they als got AMAZiNG and done within one day just.

Everything from the facilities to the location and hosts were incredible. Amazingly friendly staff that can give you so much advice. I’d really recommend to anyone that is looking at visiting Hoi An to stay near An Bang Beach instead. Not as crazy busy with plenty to do in the area and only 10mins away from Hoi An. Oh and the owners have the cutest dogs in the world!!!

My wife and I stayed five nights at the CHiEM HoiAn. Everything was top notch. Our room was spacious, quiet and luxurious with a super-comfortable bed dressed in fine linens. We had a particularly well-located room with a balcony view to the hotel's amazing garden and beyond, plus a second window view to a lush, neighboring yard. More beautiful than our room, however, was the hotel staff, led by Phuc, Summer and Sara. Their kindness, friendliness and attentiveness will stay with us forever. I would be remiss if I also did not compliment the restaurant staff, who prepared a delightful multi-course breakfast for us each day. Well done, CHiEM!

We got a super warm welcome from everybody at KA Villa. The rooms are comfortable and clean of course. The best thing however is the atmosphere at the hotel. It feels like a home away from home.
