This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, organised homestay in a lush, gorgeous garden, run by a lovely family with free bicycles. It’s really good value and you have the advantage of being part of authentic village life. If you want to be a little off the well-beaten tourist track, or if you are a digital nomad, this is a perfect spot. Highly recommend.

The family of Art Villa in Hoi An is really friendly and gave us a very warm and heartful welcome upon arrival. The rooms (small houses) are spacious and have lovely details and additional services like bikes, laundry, etc… The location is very calm with nice views ober rice fields and we had a perfect stay. The old town is in walking distance or by taxi a view minutes away so everythink was perfect to us.

Very nice stay at Phuc Villa, Thu is a lovely and helpful person. She is very attentive, the accommodation is really beautiful and well located on a rather quiet island, yet not far from the old town by bike or scooter.

I couldn’t name even one fault. From head to toe, this place is gorgeous. A large relaxed space with private pool, incredible view. There is amazing attention to detail in the services and facilities. Everything you could ever want it one place. Will 100% return. The staff: Phuong, Paul and Elis and everyone else were so lovely and helpful. Really made us feel at home.

Rooms were clean and spacious! We paid for a double room but actually got upgraded to a room with 2 large double beds! Love that the Homestay is on the riverside, it’s a very peaceful location & not too far of a walk to get to old town (about 15-20 minutes). Staff were friendly and you could contact them easily for help, they offer a laundry service. We would definitely stay here again :)

Despite the language barrier, the hosts made a lot of effort to help me and my daughter with what we needed. The room was huge and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Good value.

Peaceful and calming. The girls that work there are angels, I wish I could stay there longer. It’s a few km out of the town but it’s worth it, it’s just next to the beach.
