Me and my partner were deciding between a couple of places to stay in Hoi An and I am so happy we booked this one in the end. Everything was top notch. The hotel has a great professional staff with a friendly personal approach to each guest, from the cleaning ladies, the staff at the reception / at the bar, to the hotel manager, everybody was great. The room was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected from the pictures - we were pleasently surprised. During hot afternoons, we hid by the pool and got some salt coffee from the bar (the hotel bar makes a great one). Another plus is the location - the hotel is hidden from all the rush of Hoi An but at the same time you can comfortably walk to the old town. They also have bikes you can rent for free! We had a great stay - if I am ever in Hoi An again, I am definitely booking this place.:)

Everything. The staff is the best and most welcoming ever met. The hotel is new and nicely maintained. The fresh breakfast every morning is delicious. Nicely located, few minutes by walk from the old town and you can also rent bikes. Convenient taxi service organized by the hotel. Thank you very much!!

This hotel was bliss. Close to the centre of Hoi A but not trapped amidst it. Staff lovely, room wonderful. Breakfast okay. Bed was big and comfortable. We loved the whole vibe of the place. It lives up to its name. We will 100% be coming back when we are next able to come to Viet Nam.

Just spent the most wonderful 5 nights at Bonsai Villa. Autumn is just the most gracious lady who, together with her family and staff, has created a little sanctuary just outside the hussle and bustle of the Ancient town. The pool is fabulous, breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spotless, and clean towels every day. The bonsai garden is just so incredible to see and be amongst. Thank you for such a great stay.

Quynh was really helpful with booking my car to the airport and also a my tour to Ba Na Hills. I loved being able to use their bicycle. It was super nice to get to the old town with them.

At the beginning receptionist was really good. She explained to us everything and gave us a lot of recommendations, so even before checking in we right away decided to prolong our stay. Villa has a great location, everything is close, you are in centre but still in quiet part of the city. You can also rent a bike for free and explore it a little more :) overall one of best accommodations we had in Vietnam.

Friendly and warm family that helped us a lot with just about everything, from tour arrangements to booking tickets and general information. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast included in the price. Swimming pool is lovely and the place in general is esthetic and very beautiful. Quiet location in a living neighborhood, yet still about 5 minutes walk from old city center. Don't miss this spot. We will definitely be back. Overall a great stay with tremendous value for the price.
