It’s a little oases! I loved that it was out of the busy town of Hoi An, it’s still super easy to go around but every day coming back here, was a treat every time :) very good new scooters for rent and free bikes too. Mate restaurant nearby is super nice to eat!

I have great time stay at Cocohut Hoi An, the place is not too far from the Old town, and even better very close to the Ocean. Me and my friend did swim on the beach close to the Homestay. Cocohut is very nice, chill and very comfortable stay. I feel something very local, and cultural here. The nightborhood is very friendly and safe place. I would highly recommend to anyone to have chance to visit Hoi An

I am so glad I found this property - it was absolutely perfect! I ended up staying for a week, not just a few days, and had such a lovely time. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, a great choice of free breakfast (fresh fruit, banana pancakes...) and the property itself was stunning. The pool outside was amazing and there was access to a private beach just down the road, and local restaurants (go to Mate!). Can't believe it was such good value for money, it felt very luxurious! They also had bicycles that could be used to cycle into Hoi An or along the coastline.

I’m super happy to have found this place! It’s perfect for what I was looking for. The homestay is beautiful, clean and spacious. The rooms are well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts who run the place are super lovely, attentive and always want to make sure you're comfortable. And the location is perfect if you want to stay close to the beach. It’s only about 2 mins walk from a nice beach. You can also find plenty of restaurants, some small shops and a morning outdoor market that sells fresh fruit etc all nearby. Couldn't have asked for more!
