We loved everything about this unit. The location and proximity were fantastic. Great security and the lace was spotless. Beds were very comfy, the people managing and looking after the unit were so prompt if we had any problems or questions. we could not have been happier. The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

The location is not far from the waterfront and the beach. There were no power cuts. Having the conference center within proximity of the hotel was superb especially that it was cold. Also, cut down on the cost to the conference facilities. The staff members were very friendly
