La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich se nachází v Curychu a nabízí ubytování s koly zdarma, soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a terasou. Operní divadlo Curych je 300 metrů daleko. The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

Hotel je blizko ve vyborne dochazkove vzdalenosti. Se vsemi sluzbami hotelu jsme byli naprosto spokojeni.Hotel sice nema hernicku pro deti (vedela jsem predem) a na pozadani o zapujceni knizek ci pastelek, dostal dva pracovni sesity, jez nemusel vracet.

Exceptional service , not the first time I’m staying at this hotel. Very convenient for the airport and shopping. Very nice Cafe /restaurant. Breakfast setting and service very elegant. The staff was also extremely nice (I celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel and they were so kind as to send to my room a very nice sweet desert with a celebratory message), all vey thoughtful !
