Oussama and Maria from Guest Relations went the extra mile always checking if we needed anything and arranging small surprises that truly made us feel special. The bellboys were efficient, polite, and always ready to lend a hand. This hotel clearly values true hospitality. We will definitely be back

The hotel is one of the best hotels. The staff welcome us with smile and drinks. We felt the hostility from the first moment. The hotel manager is a great gentleman. He has helped us by himself to facilitate the process. The hotel has all what is needed; various restaurants, pools, coffee etc.

Pětihvězdičkový hotel El Minzah se nachází v centru města Tanger, v blízkosti starobylé medíny. Nabízí 2 bazény, fitness centrum a panoramatický výhled na záliv. Traditional place with lots of history which is pictured in the inner yard of the hotel. Staff takes good care of the pool, inside pool is really heated, towels provided at both. Breakfast not truly continental but they make eggs to your liking. We got upgraded to the suite and enjoyed beatiful views of the Tangier port. Hotel restaurant serves alcohol so after testing many other places we ended up having a beer or glass of wine at the hotel due to its convenience and reasonable prices.

Barceló Tanger - New Opening 2022 overlooks the bay of Tangier and is opposite the beach. It enjoys a peaceful location just 25 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is new renovated so everything was clean and well designed. We got a very nice spacious room with a side sea view. The quality of the hotel facilities is great and the location on the central city beach is amazing. A lot of shops and restaurants literally few steps away, Ibn Battouta shopping mall is nearby and old town 15 minutes by walk. One thing took me by surprise and that was the customer service. I would like to specifically highlight two staff members here: Mr. Abdellah, a reservation manager for his warm welcome and professional approach upon arrival. We got very nice rooms from him and he was extremely helpful with introducing the hotel services to us. First I was actually thinking that I’m talking to the head manager of the hotel. Mr. Rabie, a room service staff member for his excellent communication skills with the guests. He’s paying attention to details and I strongly believe that this deserves a recognition and more responsible work position in the future. To you all at Barcelo Tangier: thank you and see you again.
