The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Situated in Muscat, and directly linked to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool... We stayed at JW Marriott for 6 days . It’s Muscat’s best kept secret, Nancy samy at the reception was an angel , she helped with taxi booking etc . Sanjay at the reception. The staff at breakfast in the coffee lounge was wonderful. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . From the bottom of my heart thanking JW marriot for this wonderful holiday.

Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. Thanks to Hanni and his team..

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect! 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — true Omani hospitality at its finest 🇴🇲✨. The room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable 🛏️. I slept like a baby every night 😴. The breakfast buffet? A dream. So many delicious options, both local and international 🍳🥐☕. The pool and spa area were the perfect places to relax and unwind 💆‍♀️🏊‍♂️. And the location is super convenient — close to everything, yet calm and peaceful. Every detail was thoughtful, and the service made me feel truly special. I didn’t just stay at a hotel — I experienced genuine warmth and care ❤️. I’ll definitely be back!
