Easy to find, yet remote. We had good weather, took our own disposable bbq which we had outside our pod. Pod was clean and comfortable and the pub 2 minutes away was very welcoming :)

Caravan was immaculate and had everything needed, hosts were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us even fetching us a curry on the evening due to secluded location which I thought was just lovely of them…. Looking forward to going back in the spring

Just stayed at the shepherds hut for boxing night and it was fabulous. The place is amazing the facilities are fantastic even down to the amount of towels that are left for you use FABULOUS 👏👏👏

Such a cute shepherds hut. Amazing location with plenty of information about taxi’s and pubs for the area. The hut is beautifully decorated and very well mentaind. All the little extra bits such as drinks, milk, jams, tea lights was such a thought gesture. Would definitely recommend staying here. And will be looking forward to stay here again

Perfect for the best camping evening but not needing to mess. Around with your own tent! We loved our stay.. duvet pillows and single air beds provided within the tent and an eco toilet near by which was very clean.. Hosts are fabulous and there to help with anything you need.. We could have chatted to David all evening :) the views are amazing.. Just what you need if you like a nice back to basics getaway we will be returning very soon!

I arrived earlier than expected (my fault) and contacted the owner to indicate I was on site. She was extremely solicitous, promised to have everything sorted in time for my later return, and offered 'your favourite tipple' by way of compensation for her having been on holiday and missing the booking arrangements! (No tipple was taken - she was just so lovely) I had the best night's sleep I've had for centuries; the smell of the grass, the sound of horses snorting, the birds singing, the privacy of the hut, and the welcome to the place, were all just wonderful.
