We had the most beautiful room overlooking the desert. In the morning I watched the sunrise from our private patio while the camels came back from the desert. Good location for a chilling day at the pool, very beautiful Riad!

The highlight of the trip was the camel ride through the dunes, which gave us a real feeling of the beauty and tranquility of the desert. Watching the sunset from the top of the dunes was a surreal experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering great hospitality and delicious Moroccan dishes under the stars.

This experience has been one of the best things I have done in a long time. From the second it started it kept on getting better and better. The views, the food, the people, honestly cannot fault a single thing. There was so much to do and we were given more than enough time for it all so nothing felt rushed. Our host Youssef was so helpful from start to finish and accompanied us on all of the trips out of the camp and was a great tour guide. One thing I loved about this was that wherever we were taken there was never any expectation to buy anything. While we enjoyed everything that was included in our package, we also enquired with Youssef if it was possible to do horse riding in the desert. He very kindly took us to local stables where we were able to horse ride, for an additional charge of course. This along with the quad bikes was absolutely amazing, especially having the desert and sand dunes all around you. After we had left the camp we received a message from Youssef telling us we had left some valuable items in our tent. He so kindly arranged for them to be brought all the way to our apartment in Marrakesh. This truly shows his kindness as not many would care about their guests after they have left. It’s honestly a once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The setting was beautiful, but what really stood out was how calm and well taken care of everything felt. Our tent was already prepared when we arrived — clean, cosy, and private. Dinner was excellent, and we ended the evening by the fire, listening to music with a clear sky above. The people there were kind and not intrusive, which I appreciated.

My time at Merzouga Sahara Nights Camp was an experience I’ll always cherish, especially with our incredible guide, Mohamed. The camel trek through the towering dunes at sunset was absolutely mesmerizing, and sleeping beneath the vast desert sky was nothing short of magical. Mohamed’s warm and insightful guidance made the journey even more special. The camp itself was cozy and well-equipped, the meals were delightful, and the traditional music by the campfire created a perfect atmosphere. I highly recommend this trip to anyone eager to explore the wonders of the Sahara!

    Location is amazing, such a unique experience in the dome pods. Staff were very welcoming and the jeep tour they arranged was really the highlight of the trip. Dinner and breakfast had so many options and all were delicious.recommended!

    A memorable Experience in the Desert of Merzouga!!! Hassan our Camel guide took us on an amazing journey into the dunes of Merzouga to enjoy an amazing sunset, the camp too is just wonderful, we liked it so much , we had private luxury tents , with their own bathrooms, even in the desert we had hot water and everything comfy. Highly recommend this desert campsite We will be back
