The hotel is a world class 7star posh hotel. From location to gate to rooms to services exceeded our expectation. It's location is close to many interesting fun theme parks. The building and room is tastefully designed. Anthony at the reception was very helpful and kind. The room service team are excellent. The hotel view is waoo and my entire stay feels like royalty. I and hubby enjoyed every second spent. The wet deck pool area is like an event place. We took several memory pictures to remember. We will surely visit again with whole family. I love W Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. 3 staff members in particularly were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was the best selection I've ever seen. The pool was great, along with swim up bar but not huge. Access for free to the Yas Beach was good but the beach itself was not nice and the pool there too. Don't go there. Free shuttle that goes around to all the attractions is great. Rooms were amazing and clean. Outlook from rooms was not amazing but fine.

The room was very bigger than the average rooms I have stayed. We had the most helpful staff all over the hotel. Especially Sajid in the reception was excellent!! He upgraded 2 of our four room la and also managed us on the same floor as we kindly requested!!! Excellent!!
