Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.

I loved this hotel! A perfect, extremely central location in the town, with its own car park and lovely beach/deck, on the lake shore. The hotel buildings are characterful and (not ostentatiously, but) stylishly furnished. Everything is immaculately clean. The staff - from the gentleman who directed me into my parking space, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff - were all warm, helpful and courteous. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful courtyard/garden location. And with very good coffee! I could not fault it. Thank you!

The swimming pond was our favorite, the swimming pool was also nice. The appartmant was well-equiped, clean, comfortable ans quiet, looked like on the photos. The staff was helpful (the key cards didn't operate when we arrived, reception was closed, but a staff member came back within 20 minutes and solved the problem.) Kárnten is beatiful, we had great time.
